EveryMeeting is a company that cares about children and discourages postings of meetings and events that cater primarily to children. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending anything over the internet. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not register for our sites or provide any personal information.

Information we collect falls into two categories, information you provide as well as information discerned from your navigation on the site.

In registration we ask you to give us some information about yourself including your name, address and interests. This information is used to target meetings and events as well as advertisers to your interests, making the use of the site more applicable to you.

All user information stored by EveryMeeting is considered confidential and will not be shared with outside parties unless you have indicated that you desire a product or service from one of our affiliates. EveryMeeting may share aggregated results of preferences for all users for marketing and advertising purposes.

If you object to such use for any reason, you can either let us know by sending us feedback, or you can unsubscribe from the list.

The meetings and events listed in the EveryMeeting personal daily and weekly emails all contain links to third-party organizations. These outside organizations all have their own privacy policies, which are available on their website.

How can I change or delete information about me stored at EveryMeeting?

As a registered EveryMeeting, you have easy access to your information, along with the ability to change it. To change personal information: Log in to your EveryMeeting Account. Make any changes you like to your user profile, and save them when you are done.

How can I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe link in any EveryMeeting email. You will be taken to a confirmation page with an optional feedback form. Click on the confirm link and you will be unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to unsubscribe@everymeeting.com.
